  • Aetna (PPO, POS, HMO)- Aetna, Inc. is an American diversified health care benefits company, providing a range of traditional and consumer directed health care insurance products and related services, including medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, group life, long-term care, and disability plans, and medical management capabilities. it is a Fortune 100 member.
  • Amerigroup- AMERIGROUP Corporation (AMERIGROUP) is a multi-state managed healthcare company focused on serving people who receive healthcare benefits through publicly sponsored programs, including Medicaid, State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), FamilyCare and special needs plans (SNP). As of December 31, 2006, the Company provided an array of products to approximately 1,316,000 members in the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas and Virginia.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shiled of TN (Network C, Network P, Network S, Blue Cross & TN Select)- BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is the oldest and largest not-for-profit managed care provider in the state of Tennessee. Serving more than 2 million people, the company offers PPO and traditional indemnity health insurance plans. BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee also provides Medicare supplement plans (BlueCross 65), as well as vision and dental plans.   • Prime Health Network (PPO)- Prime Health Services is a managed care company that offers a full spectrum of services, including a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) ready for access with customizable solutions, as well as international PPO and repricing offerings. Prime Health's PPOs include Workers' Compensation, Group Health, and Auto Liability networks. Prime Health has over 600,000 providers and facilities in all 50 states and the District of Columbia forming the Prime Health National Delivery System ready for workers' compensation, group health, general and auto liability claims payors nationwide. Prime Health offers our National Delivery System to the TPA, insurance carrier, and self-insured markets.

  • Tricare Standard- TRICARE Standard is the basic TRICARE health care program, offering comprehensive health care coverage, for beneficiaries (not to include Active Duty members) not enrolled in TRICARE Prime. Standard does not require enrollment. Standard is a fee-for-service plan that gives beneficiaries the option to see any TRICARE-certified/authorized provider (doctor, nurse-practitioner, lab, clinic, etc.). Standard offers the greatest flexibility in choosing a provider, but it will also involve greater out-of-pocket expenses for you, the patient. You also may be required to file your own claims.
