Please feel free to call us if you have any questions about our group or wish to schedule an appointment . You can reach us by dialing  (615) 284-1450. Our centralized scheduling department is available to answer your questions.  During regular office hours, we utilize a voice-mail system in our clinical areas. If  your call is forwarded to a voice-mail system, please leave a detailed message including your name, date of birth, phone number and specific need or concern. One of our nurses will return your call within 24 hours. Our nurses prioritize return phone calls based on patient needs. Please allow them to return our priority calls first.

Emergencies

If you have an emergency situation during normal office hours, either go to the nearest Emergency Room or call (615) 284-1450 and tell our receptionist the nature of your problem. You will be connected with the appropriate person who will be glad to help you immediately. If you have an emergency after hours (5:00 PM - 7:00 AM) our answering service will contact the physician on-call.
