Where are you located?

Do you have handicapped access?

Yes, our medical office buildings are fully equipped with elevators.

When are you open?

Nashville Medical Group-Downtown and South are open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, except holidays. Our Cool Springs Office is open Monday - Saturday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, except holidays. Our business office is open from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM each day to assist you.

Do you accept my health insurance?

We accept many health insurance plans. Please click here for a list of all the insurance plans we accept. If you have a question about your plan, please call out business office at (615) 284-8740 for assistance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

In addition to payment from your health plan, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. You can also make an online payment using most major credit cards.

Do I need a referral?

Your health plan will be able to inform you whether or not you will need a referral.

To which hospitals do your physicians admit?

All of our physicians can admit to Baptist Hospital and Centennial Medical Center. Check with your physician about any other hospital that may be required by your health insurance plan for inpatient care.

Who do I call for an appointment?

To schedule an appointment with one of our physicians, please call our appointment scheduling department at (615) 284-1450. One of our schedulers will be happy to assist you.

Who do I call after hours?

Please call our main number after hours, (615) 284-1450. Your call will automatically be transferred to our answering service.

Who do I call to get my medication refilled?

For medication refills please call our main line (615) 284-1450.

How do I get a copy of my medical records?

If you need a copy of your medical records you can call our medical records department at (615) 284-1410 or fax a request to (615) 284-2459. You can obtain a copy of your medical release from here
